Thank you for shopping with Uutsav Vibes. Because our products are handcrafted, limited-quantity festival items, we ask all customers to carefully inspect their purchases before accepting them.

No Shipping

Uutsav Vibes does not offer shipping services.

All orders must be collected through one of the following methods:

• Pickup from our warehouse

• Scheduled city delivery for qualifying bulk orders

Warehouse Pickup

Customers may collect their orders from our warehouse at:

190 Carrier Dr, Etobicoke, ON M9W 5R1

Before taking possession of any item, customers are responsible for:

• Verifying the correct product, size, and design

• Inspecting the item for any visible damage or defects

• Confirming that the order meets their expectations

Our team will gladly answer questions and assist with inspection before you leave.

Once an item has been accepted and removed from our warehouse, all sales are final.

City Deliveries

For qualifying bulk orders, Uutsav Vibes may arrange delivery to selected cities.

Customers must inspect all items at the time of delivery and notify us immediately of any concerns before the delivery is completed.

Once the delivery has been accepted and our representative has left the location, all sales are final.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because many of our products are handcrafted, unique, and intended for religious or festival use:

• No returns are accepted after pickup or delivery acceptance.

• No refunds are provided after pickup or delivery acceptance.

• No exchanges are provided after pickup or delivery acceptance.

• Customers are responsible for any damage that occurs after the item has been accepted.
