Where is your pickup location?
Pickup is available at 190 Carrier Dr, Etobicoke, ON M9W 5R1(appointment only). You can book a time to view and pick up your order during the season.
Do you deliver to other cities in Ontario (or outside Ontario)?
We primarily offer pickup in Etobicoke. For 50+ interested orders in a city, we may arrange a group/city drop in select locations (customers pick up locally). This is a convenience option, not wholesale.
What sizes do you offer for Ganesh idols (murtis)?
We offer 10”, 12”, 15”, 18” & 24” sizes. Designer options are available for select pieces.
Do you provide shipping?
No — Uutsav Vibe does not offer shipping. We focus on pickup and select group/city drop options.
When should I place my pre-booking?
Pre-booking is recommended because quantities are limited and many designs are single-piece. Booking early helps you get your preferred size and design.
What materials are your Ganesh idols made from?
Our Ganesh idols are made using eco-friendly materials, including clay and clay + paper mache (depending on the design and size). They’re crafted with traditional techniques for a respectful visarjan.
Can I see the idols before purchasing?
Yes — you can view designs during your Etobicoke pickup appointment. Availability varies by season and stock.
