Thanks for choosing Uutsav Vibes for your festival celebrations! These terms explain how things work when you shop with us, visit our warehouse, or use our website. We've tried to keep the legal stuff simple and straightforward.

1. About Our Business

  • What We Do: We bring authentic Indian festival items to Canada - Ganesh murtis, rakhis, decorations, and everything you need to celebrate like you're back home.

  • Our Content: All the photos, descriptions, and content on our website belong to us. Please don't copy or use them without asking - we put a lot of work into showcasing our products properly.

  • Product Descriptions: We do our best to describe everything accurately, but please read the details carefully before ordering. If something's unclear, just ask us.

2. Understanding Our Products

  • Handcrafted Uniqueness: Every murti and decoration is handmade by skilled artisans. This means slight differences in color, size, or design details are normal - that's what makes each piece special, not a defect.

  • Limited Quantities: Most of our items are single pieces or very limited quantities. When something's gone, it's usually gone for the season.

  • No Custom Changes: Once you've placed your pre-order, we can't make changes to designs or specifications. What you see is what's available.

3. How Ordering Works

  • Pre-Orders: Most of our business runs on pre-orders since we have limited inventory. This helps us know what you want and ensures you get your preferred items.

  • Payment: Everything needs to be paid in full when you place your order. We don't do payment plans or hold items without payment.

  • No Shipping: We don't ship anything. You either pick up from our Mississauga warehouse or we visit your city for bulk orders (10+ murtis).

4. Pickup and Delivery

  • Warehouse Visits: Our warehouse at 3020 Lenworth Drive, Mississauga is open during festival seasons. Call ahead to make sure we're there.

  • City Deliveries: We visit Hamilton, Kitchener, London, Niagara Falls, Oshawa, Ottawa, and Montreal for orders of 10 or more murtis. We'll coordinate timing with you.

  • Inspection Required: Whether you're picking up or we're delivering, check everything while we're together. Once we part ways, that's your final inspection.

5. Your Information and Communication

  • Staying in Touch: When you shop with us, we might contact you about your orders, new arrivals, or festival reminders. You can always tell us to stop the promotional stuff.

  • Privacy Matters: We handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. We're not in the business of selling your details to anyone.

6. What We Can and Can't Promise

  • Honest Expectations: We work hard to bring you quality products, but we can't guarantee perfection. These are handmade items from real artisans, not factory products.

  • Our Responsibility: If we mess up or something arrives damaged, we'll make it right within reason. But we can't be responsible for how you use the items after they leave our care.

  • Seasonal Business: We operate around festival seasons, so availability and timing depend on the calendar and our suppliers in India.

7. When Things Go Wrong

  • Disputes: If we have a disagreement that can't be worked out with a friendly conversation, Ontario law applies since that's where we're based.

  • Reasonable Solutions: We prefer solving problems by talking rather than lawyers. Most issues can be worked out if we're both reasonable.

8. Changes to These Terms

  • Updates: We might need to update these terms occasionally as our business grows or laws change. We'll post any changes on our website.

  • Your Responsibility: It's up to you to check for updates, though we'll try to let regular customers know about major changes.

9. Festival Season Reality

  • Busy Times: During Raksha Bandhan and Ganesh Chaturthi seasons, we get swamped. Response times might be slower, and availability changes quickly.
  • Planning Ahead: The earlier you pre-order, the better your selection. Waiting until the last minute usually means fewer choices.

10. Bottom Line

By shopping with us, you're agreeing to these terms. We're not trying to trick anyone - we just want to be clear about how our business works so everyone knows what to expect.
