Where is your warehouse located?
Our warehouse is located at 190 Carrier Dr,
Etobicoke, ON M9W 5R1. You can visit us to see our collection in person during festival seasons.
Do you deliver to other cities in Ontario?
Yes! We visit cities across Ontario for orders of 10 or more murtis. We cover Hamilton, Kitchener, Niagara Falls, London, Oshawa, Ottawa, and Montreal.
What sizes do you offer for Ganesh murtis?
We offer Ganesh murtis in 10", 12", 15", and 18" sizes. Designer pieces are available for an additional cost.
Do you provide shipping services?
Utsav Vibes does not provide shipping services. We operate through warehouse pickup and city visits for larger orders.
When should I place my pre-order?
Pre-orders are recommended as we have limited quantities and mostly single-piece items. This ensures you get your preferred designs and sizes.
What materials are your products made from?
